The MegaScan PRO is a desktop scanner developed to bring dental laboratories into the digital workflow with efficiency, precision, and high performance. Designed to meet the current demands of dental labs, it combines scanning speed, mechanical stability, and capture quality in a complete and reliable system.

The PRO version incorporates a new camera and enhanced sensors, delivering up to 30% faster scanning speed. The mechanical arm has been redesigned to provide greater stability, faster movements, and significantly quieter operation, ensuring consistent results and comfort during continuous use.

Speed
The MegaScan PRO is among the fastest desktop scanners in its category, delivering high performance across multiple applications: scanning 1 to 8 dies in 13 seconds, single arch in 10 seconds, impressions in 12 seconds, and occlusion in just 3 seconds.



Accuracy
Even at high speeds, the system maintains accuracy of up to ≤ 9 µm, ensuring excellent dimensional fidelity. The camera system guarantees detailed and reliable capture for a wide range of prosthetic applications.

High Scanning Efficiency
Using an advanced algorithm, the minimum scanning angle is only 8°, allowing most dental cases to be scanned without sectioning, while accurately capturing corners and complex areas.

Automated Scanning
Features a fully automatic rotating platform that is easy to operate and ideal for obtaining highly repeatable 3D models.

Open System and Compatibility
Operates as an open system, generating STL, OBJ, and PLY files compatible with the main CAD/CAM software platforms on the market. Integration with Exocad is direct and automatic.



Durability and Reliability
Equipped with a newly designed cooling system that reduces projector fatigue, increasing equipment lifespan and ensuring stable performance over time.

Training and Support
Free training and technical support provided exclusively by Odontomega, with software fully available in Brazilian Portuguese.
