MegaLabor - Wall Silicone

MEGALABOR is a two-component room-temperature-curing condensation silicone mass. Megalabor Wall Silicone is ideal for duplication and 3D model work in PrintaX resin or Snow Rock gypsum.

MEGALABOR is ideal for:

- Making walls for the inclusion of complete dentures, protocols, and acrylic temporaries.
- Boil-and-bite technique using water and a microwave.
- Aesthetic mock-ups with acrylic and bis-acrylic resin.
- Guide for reproducing facets and lenses.
- Wall for controlling mouth preparations.
- Bite registration.
- Ideal for isolating complete dentures in a flask.
- Matrix for gum masks, temporary crowns, fixed prostheses, and partial dentures with cold-curing resin.

Handling

- Mix for 30 seconds.
- Working time 1m30s.
- Polymerization time 5min.

Characteristics

- Shore Hardness: 85 SHa.
- Penetration 260 (1/10mm).
- Ratio 100:3.

Usage tip: Larger doses of the catalyst accelerate hardening, while smaller doses slow it down.
