Forno MicroGlaze

MicroGlaze oven for makeup and quick adjustments.

Portable furnace for burning Glaze and Stains, and also for crystallization of lithium disilicate. The equipment can be transported easily to clinics or other laboratories. In addition it can be used only for application of glaze, stains or crystallizing milled blocks of LiSi2 in the laboratory, leaving the other kilns unoccupied for stratification or injections.

The MicroGlaze oven is capable of maintaining the final temperature (865 ° C) for 10 minutes, thereby performing the sintering or crystallization process of the disilicate.



For crystallizations use the parameters:
Initial Temperature 400 ° C
Heat Rate 30 ° C / min.
Final Temperature 850 ° C
Maintenance 10:00 minutes
Open the oven and allow to cool slowly.

Minimum temperature: 50 ° C to 600 ° C (Standard 500 ° C)
Heat / minute rate: 30 ° C to 120 ° C (Standard 80 ° C / min)
Maximum temperature: 601 ° C to 1100 ° C (Standard 900 ° C)
