Dyvex Special Liquid, used to remove the reaction layer formed in the process of injecting pressed ceramics and lithium disilicate (LiSi2).
How to use:
1. Initially, clean the injected piece with a sandblasting.
2. Place the piece in a plastic container and add enough Dyvex liquid to cover it.
3. After 30 minutes in the liquid, the piece will have a white layer.
4. Rinse with running water and dry with a blowing nozzle.
5. Sandblast again with oxide or glass beads to remove the white layer, and the piece will be clean.
Note: The same liquid can be used for cleaning up to 20 pieces. Replace the liquid in the plastic container in case of coating buildup.
